Do you ship internationally?

Yep! We love to help scrappers around the world get their hands on their favorite paper crafting goodies! Simply enter your location during checkout to see your shipping costs.

 

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email letting you know it’s on the way. Then comes the hard part…waiting!

 

Can I order by phone/email?

Absolutely!  If you are not comfortable ordering online, simply give us a call at our local number or our toll free number and we can take your information over the phone. You can find our contact information here.

 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Isn’t waiting for a package of fresh scrapbooking supplies just the worst! We strive to get your package out to you asap. That being said, it really depends on where you live. We ship from our small warehouse in Ontario, Canada within one business day.  As soon as your package is shipped out, we’ll send you an email letting you know it’s on its way! If a tracking code is given by our carrier, we’ll email you that as well!

 

Do you have a store front?

At this time, we’re an online only shop. However, if you’re shopping from the Greater Sudbury area you’re more than welcome to pick up your order from us directly!

 

I received a product I’m not happy with. Can I return it?

Do I need an account to check out?

Nope! If you plan on shopping with us over and over (and we hope that you do!) creating an account is the best way to make your shopping personalized and easy (and lets you collect rewards for free stuff!).  We understand that sometimes you’re just so excited to get those new products to your door that nothing will stand in your way! You can check-out as a guest, and still get great, fast service.

 

I made a mistake when placing my order, but it went through already. What do I do!?

If you need to make adjustments to your order, please call us as soon as possible! We pride ourselves on our customer service and shipping your order quickly, so the sooner we can fix the error, the better! You can find our contact information here.

 

Can I buy a gift card to your store?

Absolutely! We understand that sometimes it’s hard to pick the perfect gift for the scrapper who has everything! Scroll to the bottom of the home page  and you’ll see an area to purchase a gift card.

Is my information secure?

Absolutely! We know that using your credit card and personal information online can be scary. The information you provide to us is used strictly for purposes regarding your order. We never sell personal information or email addresses.

 

When is my credit card charged? 

Your card is charged as soon as your order is successfully placed.

 

Will I get confirmation of my order?

As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will receive another email once your order has shipped out. If your shipment includes a tracking number, we’ll include that in the email.

 

How do I set up an account? What are the benefits?

To set up an account with us, simply click the rewards tab at the bottom of the home page. When you sign up for an account it allows you to check out seamlessly every time you shop with us, without having to enter your information every time.  Also, you start collecting rewards on your very first purchase! The only thing better than new scrapbooking supplies, is FREE scrapbooking supplies!

 

Can I order out of stock product?

Since our favourite suppliers and industry leaders turn over collections so quickly, we like to keep our stock fresh and up to date with the latest trends! If you don’t see what you’re looking for on the website please give us a call and we’ll see if we can order it in for you.

 

How am I charged tax?

Tax laws vary from state, province and country. Our website is set up so you’re charged appropriate tax for the area you live.

 

What if my products arrive damaged?

We understand that sometimes packages get damaged in transit, and we do our best to ensure they’re well packaged before they leave our warehouse.  If you find that your package has arrived damaged please call us as soon as possible, we will make it right!
